Job Title: Head, Engineering and Construction
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Accountable for the integration of all engineering projects (EPC and Design projects) and services to the Montego Corporate strategy.
- Manage the individual engineering disciplines and integrate their output into customer service deliverables
- Accountability for client interface, ensuring alignment between functionality and customer expectation.
- Responsible for planning, management and quality assurance for engineering designs and EPC projects
- Responsible for cost estimation, budgeting and resourcing of EPC projects/operations for profitability.
- Responsible for technical integrity and assuring standards are met on all Montego engineering and EPC projects and services
- Accountable for project management discipline for engineering consultants, service providers and contractors
- Plan and programme manage all (in-house, outsourced) projects, ensuring adherence to agreed standards.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant certification in Project Management.
- Must be a member of COREN or NSE.
- Must have at least 15 years oil and gas experience with at least 10 years in a senior managerial role managing large scale projects.
Key Competence:
- Clear understanding of EPC
- Clear understanding of Engineering design across disciplines
