Job Description
- We are seeking a passionate and organized Project Coordinator to join our Christian ministry. This role involves planning and executing programs, outreaches, and conferences aimed at alleviating poverty among women and young people. Our goal is to support their spiritual, financial, and mental well-being through our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate ministry programs, outreaches, and conferences.
- Develop and implement project timelines, ensuring all activities are completed on schedule.
- Promote events and initiatives through various communication channels.
- Address logistical needs, including venue selection, equipment rental, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and managing correspondence.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials to increase program visibility and participation.
- Collaborate with ministry leaders, volunteers, and community partners to execute events.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs and activities, providing regular reports.
- Foster a supportive and empowering environment for participants.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit or ministry setting.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Alignment with the values and mission of the Christian ministry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Social Work, Ministry, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
