Job Description

- We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents (DSA) in the above listed locations
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s health insurance plans to potential clients.
- Ensure policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and completion of appropriate forms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
- Seek out new clients and develop clientele through networking for new customers and generating lists of prospective clients.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc in a related field.
- One year of related work experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of health insurance products and industry trends is an advantage.
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
