Position Overview
- We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Officer to join our team. The Administrative Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing essential administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with the organization and execution of training and certification programs.
- Maintain accurate records, including client information, invoices, and administrative documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
