Job Title: Compliance Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Compliance Officer to ensure our company adheres to its internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- The Compliance Officer will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance across all departments, as well as providing guidance on policy adherence.
Key Responsibilities
Policy and SOP Development:
- Assist in the development and updating of company policies and SOPs to align with best practices and organizational goals.
- Ensure all policies and SOPs are documented and accessible to relevant personnel.
Investigation and Resolution:
- Investigate compliance breaches and non-adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve compliance issues.
Advisory Role:
- Advise management on compliance-related matters and provide guidance on policy implementation.
- Stay informed about best practices in compliance to proactively address potential challenges.
Compliance Monitoring:
- Regularly review and monitor company operations to ensure adherence to established policies and SOPs.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
Training and Education:
- Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on company policies and SOPs.
- Provide ongoing education and updates on changes to policies and procedures.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions.
- Document all compliance-related incidents and the measures taken to address them.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with relevant work experience.
