Job Title: Construction Project Manager

About the job
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- He/She must have a strong background in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Technology, and Architecture with 10 years at the managerial level of Solid experience at the foundation, carcass, and finishing levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare and submit progress reports, budget updates, and other project documentation as required
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects stay within budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, and construction
- Manage and supervise construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- PMP certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software and tools
