Job Description
- As a Business Development Executive at Toptek Structures LTD, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services to key stakeholders in the industry. Your primary duties will include:
- Researching and identifying potential clients and market segments for business development opportunities.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attending networking events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and enhance the company’s visibility.
- Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the management team.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other industry professionals.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue for the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
- 5 – 10 years work experience. Â
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Must know how to drive and have a valid driver’s license.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
