Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
What a typical day would be like:
- Identify opportunities in international target markets for NerdBug’s products and services.
- Generate leads through several means e.g cold calling prospective clients, pitching to our desired target audiences, attending strategic events and other value-adding activities.
- Provide training, coaching and professional development to the sales team.
- Assist sales team members to build quality relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, product etc to offer customer support.
- Exceptional communication skills to provide leadership to the team and support customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Generate reports and data for sales analysis.
- Handle escalated client objections and concerns to support other members of the sales team.
- Create sales goals and implement initiatives to increase sales.
- Share insightful feedback with the growth team based on customer interactions.
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role and previous experience as a Senior Business Development Manager in a related industry.
- Experience in a tech company or fast-paced organization with a result driven mindset is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in integrated business management and CRM software, including ProWorkflow and SalesForce.
- Ability to research sales leads, present proposals, and negotiate deals.
