We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Equipment Service Clerk
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Documenting and N-code creation activities
- Collation of a comprehensive spares list documentation
- Assists Service Manager in his absence with opening work orders as needed.
- Monitors workorder process for timely invoicing of work completed.
- Maintains Service Department filing and records.
- Maintains accessories and supplies and prepares replacement orders.
- Order, receive, unpack, store, issue and account for requisitioned parts, supplies, equipment and materials;
- maintain parts inventory levels, including purchase of special order supplies.
Requirements
- OND in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Knowledge of office procedures
