Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Description
- The Executive Assistant will support the Chairman of our real estate company.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, reporting, and forecasting, with the ability to manage high-level tasks and projects.
- Experience in data analytics is a plus.
- This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to help streamline the Chairman’s operations and ensure the smooth running of the executive office.
Responsibilities
- Assist in financial modeling, preparing detailed financial reports, and conducting financial forecasting.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial data.
- Manage daily operations, calendar, and communications for the Chairman.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement data analytics tools to drive business insights.
- Manage and oversee the proper care of properties and facilities of the company.
- Prepare proposals for meetings with potential clients and oversee projects handled by the company.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and executive-level events.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in preparing presentations, financial summaries, and reports for the Chairman.
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in real estate.
- Experience in data analytics and related tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, reporting, and forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N3,600,000 / Annually.
