Job Summary

- The Group Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic direction, fostering growth across all divisions, and ensuring operational excellence.
- This role demands strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of the market landscape, and the ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Group’s strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and vision.
- Oversee the management of all laws and regulations impacting the business, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration among employees.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adapting the group’s strategy accordingly.

Requirements

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to inspire and engage a diverse workforce, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex organizations
- Strong financial acumen, with sound knowledge of financial management and profitability analysis
