Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Permanent/Full time
Job Description
- You will be responsible for the development & design of the production infrastructure, ensuring the safety, stability, and durability of structures while adhering to industry codes and standards.
- Perform regular inspections during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely completion of engineering projects.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, design documentation, and technical specifications, and present when called upon.
Requirements
- BSc. Or HND in Civil Engineering or any related field.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methodologies related to upstream oil & gas infrastructure.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in engineering designs and project execution. And ability to conduct thorough reviews and audits of engineering work.
- Possess at least 8years of proven experience in civil/infrastructure projects with achievements of road projects & other production facilities infrastructure.
- Must possess COREN certification. Membership of NSE, NICE or any other relevant professional engineering society is an added advantage.
