Job Description
- The HR Manager will manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Facilitate staff training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources management.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
