We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Airport Staff – IDP / UNICEF Operations
Locations: Adamawa, Borno, Gombe, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe and Zamfara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and other inquiries.
- Coordinate with airline staff, security personnel, and other airport departments.
- Assist with boarding and deplaning procedures, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, baggage areas, and waiting areas.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents according to airport protocols.
- Verify passenger documentation and ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Handle luggage, including loading and unloading from aircraft and baggage claim areas.
- Provide information and directions to passengers and address any concerns or issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
USD1,500 – N2,500 per month.
