Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at BrandCo Nigeria Limited in Lagos.
  • The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and creating job descriptions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Proficiency in developing HR policies and creating job descriptions
