Job Title: Contract / Subcontract Manager H/F
Location:Â Port Harcourt, Rivers
Position Summary
As we are expanding our Project Management Office for international projects, The Contract Subcontract Manager will work on:
- Legal analysis of tender documents
- Preparation and follow-up of any litigation files that may arise
- Drafting of subcontracting contracts for projects.
- Contractual monitoring throughout contract execution
- Implementation and coordination of the resources and processes required to control the financial and legal risks incurred
Profile Wanted
- BAC +5 degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in contract management, including at least one on construction and/or maintenance projects
- Good level of English
- Possibility of some overseas assignments.
