Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager

Job Summary
- As the Zonal Sales Manager for Afro Lottery System (ALS), you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence within your assigned region. You will develop and execute strategic plans to recruit Super-Agents, achieve sales targets, and foster relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within their assigned zone, excellent business acumen, and a passion for the lottery and gaming industry. You will report directly to the Group Head of Sales in Lagos, attending meetings online and occasionally in Lagos, with travel costs covered by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans:
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned zone.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential Super-Agents and partners.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Super-Agents, Kiosk Owners, etc.
- Attend seminars and trade programs to promote and sell ALS products and services.
- Collaborate and Tailor Solutions:
- Work with the product development team to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of the regional market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
- Oversee and support the activities of Sales Officers within the zone to ensure targets are met.
Qualifications and Skills
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
