Job Title: Mid-Level Inspection Service Officer
Locations: Port Harcourt – Rivers & Warri – Delta
Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-mobilization inspections for offshore non-Dynamic Positioning (DP) support vessels to ensure readiness for operations.
- Assist with close-out inspections of support vessels to ensure all requirements are met before demobilization.
- Support inspections of supply bases, jetties, and terminals as required to maintain safety and operational efficiency.
- Carry out in-service inspections of support vessels to verify compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Implement pre-mobilization safety inductions for vessels mobilizing to operational locations, ensuring all crew are aware of safety protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a minimum of Class 2 Deck or Engineer (Unlimited) Certificate of Competency with at least 10 years’ experience in Marine Transport Logistics Business of which 5 years must be sea-going experience with at least 2 years at management level.
