Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Description
- Must have experience in food production.
- Carry out effective supervision of all production process.
- Plan and execute production activities to meet the target are met in volume.
- Prepare and manage all production work schedules.
- Maintaining production standards.
- Ensure compliance to all safety standards.
- Preparation and submission weekly, monthly, and annual production reports.
- Ensure wastages are reduced to the barest minimum percentage set by the management.
- Carry out proper checks on all supplies i.e raw materials e.t.c to ensure they meet the specification given,
- Carry our regular stock inventory to prevent stock out.
- Supervise & train all production staff.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Food/hospitality or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a production supervisor (Compulsory).
- Firm, decisive and energetic.
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good leadership ability.
- Experience in budgeting and material planning.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operational management.
- Ability to co-ordinate production process without supervision.
- Ability to forecast production trends.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
