Job Title: Partnerships Officer – HMO Relations
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Partnerships Officer – HMO Relations is responsible for booking and coordinating services for HMO clients, handling claims processing, and ensuring timely payment reconciliation.
- The officer will serve as the key liaison between ORIKI and its HMO partners, ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule bookings for clients referred by HMO partners to ORIKI Spas.
- Ensure seamless customer service by coordinating with spa teams to deliver services to HMO clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HMO clients, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
- Track rejected or disputed claims, following up with HMOs to resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile payments received from HMO partners with services rendered.
- Work with the finance team to track outstanding payments and follow up for timely remittance.
- Generate periodic reports on HMO-related revenue, outstanding claims, and financial performance.
- Verify and process claims submitted to HMO partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed terms.
- Maintain an organized record of all claims, approvals, and outstanding payments.
Qualifications
- Higher Qualification in Business Management,or a related discipline
- Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be an added advantage
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years work experience in BDM, Marketing or Sales
- Analytical thinking

- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Always on a professional, neat & well-groomed appearance
- Great Organization skills and responsive with attention to details.
- Experience with Business Development Management, Marketing and Partnerships is essential for this role

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
