Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Awe, Oyo Town, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Duties
- Safely transport our MD to various locations, including offices, meetings, airports, and events.
- Maintain strict adherence to traffic laws and regulations.
- Demonstrate flexibility with working hours, adapting to the needs of executives.
- Possess a good knowledge of local and regional routes to optimize travel efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and promptly report any issues.
- Exercise caution and situational awareness to ensure the safety and security of passengers.
- Present a professional image and demeanor, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Communicate effectively with executives or their assistants regarding schedules and changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with luggage and ensuring passenger comfort.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a 5 years clean driving record.
- Proven experience as an executive or personal driver.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Familiarity with local and regional roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
