Job Description
- The Administrative Manager will provide administrative support services to all expatriate, senior management, and the entire management.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the inventory of office and stationery supplies and ensures to request order when necessary.
- Assists in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Plans and coordinates logistics for events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assists the MD with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports (must be good with numbers & Microsoft Excel); composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
- Supports MD’s external commitments including service on external boards, committees and other groups.
- Prepares Monthly Quota Returns for immigrations.
- Expatriate management (CERPAC, Temporary Work Permit, etc.).
- Inspects and coordinate office building facilities such as convenient, airconditioning and liaise with maintenance department for repairs and servicing.
- Arranges for police escort for all expatriates and guest travelling out and returning to the country.
- Manages and monitors the company’s Curriers (DHL & Fedex) Account.
- Ensures that expatriate has seamless travelling experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned by MD.
Minimum Educational Qualifications / Certifications / Years of Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc in Business Administration / Management, or any relevant field.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, word, etc.).
- Proficiency in using various communications platforms and tools.
- 5 – 10 years of experience as an administrative specialist and/or executive assistant.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a senior role.
