Job Title: Administrative Officer

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at NimbleByte Global – NimbleCasa.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of office and clerical duties, as well as providing administrative support to our sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform office and clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Upload properties to our web application
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, developers, and agents
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Compile and analyze data
  • Verify client, developer, and agent information
  • Make cold calls to potential clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a banking teller or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Salary

N200,000 – N240,000 per month.
