Job Summary
- We are looking for a young, energetic, and detail-oriented Administrative/Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our office.
- This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support the operations team in executing various projects and tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate office activities and schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Male, not more than 25 years old.
- Must reside within Ikeja or its environs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of an HND or OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in an administrative or operations role.
