Job Title: Ambassador’s Secretary (Assistant for Protocol & Administration Affairs)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as Ambassador’s Secretary, Assistant for Protocol & Administration Affairs.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Ambassador’s calendar and correspondence.
- Coordinate official events and visits, adhering to diplomatic protocols.
- Handle travel arrangements, visa applications, and logistics.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a diplomatic setting.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and other languages is an advantage.
