Job Title: Architect
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- To support in the creation and development of conceptual designs and ideas.
- Working with suppliers to source and procure specs of interior, materials for fittings, furniture, lighting, accessories and decorations.
- Compiling finish timelines and working with project delivery services and facilities
- Plan, implement and monitor projects from beginning to end.
- Creating work models and modelling for space.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the use of rendering software such as 3D Max, Lumion, etc.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Revit BIM and Dynamo.
- 5 years minimum technical experience in Architectural designs in a well-structured work environment
- Minimum of BSc in Architecture
