Job Description

• We’re seeking a highly creative and innovative Art Director to join our design team at Maverick. 
• As an Art Director, you’ll be responsible for leading the development of visually stunning and effective design solutions for our clients, as well as collaborating with our team of designers, copywriters, and producers to bring our creative vision to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of visually stunning and effective design solutions for our clients
• Collaborate with our team of designers, copywriters, and producers to develop and refine creative concepts
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients’ brands, industries, and marketing objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills
• Provide art direction and design guidance to junior designers and freelancers

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or related field
• Strong understanding of design principles, creative direction, and visual storytelling
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.

Salary

N400,000 – N450,000 / Month.
