About the Job
- We are looking for an Assistant Manager, HR, to support our HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance reviews and training programs.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field with 5-10 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month.
