Job Description

  • The positions offer the opportunity to work collaboratively with a very dynamic & performance-oriented team of professionals to contribute to Hydrocarbon Maturation and Development as part of a matrix organization in Onshore & Shallow Water Offshore Assets.

Responsibilities

The successful candidates will have the following specific accountabilities:

  • Ensuring timely and integrated delivery with all other disciplines and stakeholders in the activities of the team, including Wells team, Co-Venturers, Partners and Regulators.
  • Early involvement in subsurface study work, 3D/4D geophysical survey design and re-processing of seismic data gathers to ensure optimal QI impact
  • Preparing and leading geophysical input to static and dynamic model builds
  • Application of appropriate (new) technologies, preparing and leading quantitative interpretation input to activities such as exploration, appraisal or development well planning and drilling activities.
  • Contributing to Design Engineering Practices (DEP) including geohazards assessment.

What we need from you?

  • University Degree in Geophysics or related discipline with ca. 5-7 yrs experience in Integrated Gas & Upstream industry is a must
  • Strong technical competence in Geophysics, risks and uncertainties management, field development & execution, wells & reservoir management.
  • Fully familiar with Geophysics technical, computing and productivity tools.
  • A natural integrator with experience coordinating/participating in activities and working in large, diverse multi-disciplinary teams as well as good stakeholder management skills for interface with Co-Venturers, Partners and Regulators.
