Position Overview
- Seeking a skilled Business Development Consultant to drive growth in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.
- The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research, develop strategic plans, analyze competitive landscape.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, government bodies, and industry partners.
- Project Oversight: Oversee project execution, collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on business development initiatives and market conditions.
- Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare proposals and bids.
- Partnerships & Alliances: Establish and negotiate business agreements and contracts.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Engineering / Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience:12 plus years in business development in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on Nigeria.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the oil and gas sector in Nigeria.
- Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects.
