- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and foster strong relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional support.
- Identify Client Needs and Propose Solutions: Regularly communicate with clients to identify their goals and challenges, proposing customized solutions that align with the company’s services.
- Client Retention and Satisfaction: Work proactively to address client concerns, enhancing satisfaction, and increasing the likelihood of repeat business.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams: Act as a liaison between clients and internal project teams, ensuring client expectations are well-communicated and projects meet agreed-upon standards.
- Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Lead or assist in contract negotiations to establish terms that benefit both the client and the company.
- Ensure Project Milestones are Met: Track project progress and provide updates to clients, ensuring timelines are maintained and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Gather Client Feedback for Improvement: Collect and analyze client feedback, using it to recommend improvements to company services or project approaches.
- Prepare and Present Proposals: Develop proposals and presentations that address client needs, showcasing the company’s capabilities and reinforcing the value of the partnership.
- Monitor Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry developments, construction trends, and competitive activities to provide strategic insights to clients.

N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
