Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales – Business Development Officer to join our team.
• As a key member of our business development team, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and create strategic plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Ensure the company meets revenue targets
• Identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Develop and pitch ideas for potential investors
• Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
• Analyze market trends and provide insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in business development (minimum 2 years)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Compensatio

• Salary: N150,000 – N250,000 per month
• Commission
• HMO (Health Maintenance Organization).
