Job Role
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Providing information about Green Africa’s products and services
- Following communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate channels for resolution
- Staying updated with product knowledge, company policies and industry trends to provide accurate information to gCustomers.
- Resolving gCustomers complaints and issues effectively
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of gCustomers interaction and transaction
Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree or HND in any related field
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Resilience to prioritize tasks and complete them in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Great attention to details and a result driven approach
