Job Description

  • Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join their supply chain team in Ado-Ekiti.
  • This position is ideal for a fresh graduate with strong computer and communication skills. The preferred candidate must reside in Ado-Ekiti.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on customer requests and complaints to ensure resolution.
  • Provide support in tracking orders and shipments.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the company database.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Must reside in Ado-Ekiti.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain operations.
  • Experience in a customer service role (internship or part-time experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
