Job Title: Chemical Engineer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Responsibilities
- Perform chemical analysis and physical property testing of materials and products.
- Research, design, and develop new production processes.
- Coordinate and perform tests.
- Analyze data to develop conclusions.
- Communicate results of analysis and research.
- To work on people development through on-the-job training/ coaching
- Minimizing the water wastage to 5 %
- Improvement on Quality and Process.
- De-bottle necking areas identifying.
- Batch Recording and maintaining BCT.
- Following Production Plan and Following Dispatch Schedule.
- To ensure raw material consumption as per consumption norms or as per Recipe
- To ensure safety on the shop floor through safe practices and procedures Follow the workplace discipline.Â
- WIP calculation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical EngineeringÂ
- 1-5 years working experience
- Ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
- Administration skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work well within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
