Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead our organization’s security efforts. As CSO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect our assets, data, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis
• Stay current with security trends, threats, and technologies
• Manage security budgets and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Develop and conduct security awareness training for employees
• Lead incident response and crisis management efforts
• Manage security protocols for access control, surveillance, and incident response
• Oversee security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Collaborate with law enforcement and external agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management.
• Proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
• Experience with security technologies and systems.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, CISSP).
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Strong understanding of security principles, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Salary

N300,000 – N800,000 Monthly.
