Job Title: Church Administrator

Job Summary
- We are seeking a passionate and organized Church Administrator to join our team and support our congregation in achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth church operations.
- Oversee financial management, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Operate and organize EasyWorship software for accurate worship service management.
- Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and church members to foster a cohesive community.
- Coordinate church events, meetings, and activities.
- Support church leadership with communications, scheduling, and documentation.
Qualification and Skills
- A minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably within a church or non-profit setting.
- Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with others.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
- A deep understanding of and a heart for the mission and values of our church.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Competence in financial management, bookkeeping, and budgeting.
Salary
N40,000 – N70,000 / month.
