Job Summary
- A fast-growing one stop full service integrated marketing communication agency requires a Strategy Manager to lead the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies for its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret client objectives, goals, and target audience to inform strategy development.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor and consumer insights to understand the market landscape.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and account management.
- Monitor campaign results, analyze data, and optimize strategies for improved performance.
- Craft comprehensive marketing strategies, including channel selection, messaging, and budget allocation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in strategy development in the integrated marketing or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with strategy development tools and software (e.g., SWOT analysis, market research reports).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
