Job Title: Client Service Representative

About the role

  • We are looking for a full-time, experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our reputable team of professionals as front-line support for our clients and customers, and to ensure their satisfaction.
  • The CSR will provide helpful information, answer client questions, and promptly respond to complaints.
  • The ideal candidate is one who maintains a positive, and professional attitude towards customers at all times; communicates excellently and is kind and compassionate.
  • The successful candidate will report to the Clinical Director as well as the Hospital Administrator.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet persons entering the facility, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct to designated personnel.
  • Provide accurate information to customers in response to inquiries by telephone or in person about appointments and/or services, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Register new clients on the database
  • Confirm eligibility to access care at facility and review Insurance policy plans and service limits.
  • Support accounting unit with client billing, payments and other assigned tasks.
  • Provide administrative support with managing documents and records, procurement, and other assigned tasks.
  • Follow up to ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve clients’ problems.
  • Refer unresolved client complaints or inquiries to the designated department for further clarification.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions with sound judgement
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A great team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain meticulous records
