- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and problems efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Process customer orders and subscriptions
- Provide information about products and services
