Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Reaching out to customers before their respective renewal dates to notify them of the renewal.
- Building excellent knowledge of products and services and advising customers appropriately.
- Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell existing products and services to customers to generate
- company revenue. Also, upselling products and services to existing clients to increase sales and improve the profit margin.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any relevant degree.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of churn reduction tactics and experience implementing them to save accounts from churning.
- 2 – 6 years of Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support or Telemarketing experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to transform customer conversations into business-driving relationships while still managing to serve the customers’ goals as best as possible.
