Job Summary
- We are currently seeking a compassionate and efficient Customer Care Officer to join our team and enhance the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Handle patient feedback, including compliments and complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Assist in managing patient flow in the reception and waiting areas.
- Provide support with appointment scheduling, billing queries, and general hospital services.
- Liaise between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in line with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- Support other administrative functions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Problem-solving skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Familiarity with hospital management systems and basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally in healthcare or a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
