Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Emtill Solutions Nigeria Limited.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Identify and escalate potential customer issues to management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and metrics
- Process customer orders and payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- Atleast 1year of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency Microsoft Office
- Must have completed their NYSC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
