Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Emtill Solutions Nigeria Limited.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Identify and escalate potential customer issues to management
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet and exceed customer service targets and metrics
  • Process customer orders and payments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Atleast 1year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office
  • Must have completed their NYSC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
