Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Job Summary
- As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- You’ll resolve issues, answer product questions, and promote our brand.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time targets.
- Process orders, manage accounts, and track shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production,Packaging,logistics) to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in related courses.
- 2-3years of customer service experience, preferably in food industry/e-commerce.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, HACCP).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Experience with online food ordering platforms.
- Certification in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online platforms.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month
