Job Description
- Sinoma Fabcom Structural Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company’s brand, products, and services.
- The Digital Marketer will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving customer engagement across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and graphic design, to create cohesive digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and customer acquisition in the construction industry.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve website usability, conversion rates, and user experience.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain the company’s online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and online directories.
- Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing software.
