We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Technology Specialist

Location: Maiduguri, Borno

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs on digital tools and technologies tailored to the needs of the target beneficiaries.
• Conduct periodic training on digital marketing, content creation, content marketing, video editing, curriculum vitae, virtual assistant, branding and all other social media skills.
• To illuminate the nuances of building an authentic brand narrative and leveraging social medium platforms for maximum reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital solutions into our programs and initiatives effectively.
• Conduct research and stay updated on emerging digital trends and best practices
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital training initiatives, collecting feedback to continuously improve our approach.
• Identify, support and enhance talent with the power of digital skills.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance toprogram beneficiariesin using digital devices, software applications, and online platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital technology training, capacity building, or IT support, preferably within an NGO or community-focused setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and adapt training materials to different learning styles and needs.
• Knowledge of digital security and privacy best practices is an asset.
• Proficiency in a range of digital tools and platforms, including but not limited to social media, productivity software, and online communication tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
