Job Brief
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Electrical/Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to innovative projects in a positively challenging and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed electrical schematics, drawings, and layouts using CAD software.
- Select appropriate materials and components to meet project specifications.
- Analyze test results to identify issues and implement necessary improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical equipment and systems.
- Ensure all designs and products adhere to relevant codes and standards.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Prepare project documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
- Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and testing of electrical systems and components.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and technology.
Qualification & Requirements
- BSc. or HND in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
- 1-2 years relevant and hands on experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components, with electrical & electronic principles.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Understanding of signal processing techniques to analyse, filter and interpret sensor data
- Knowledge of power supply design, battery management, and safety standards for handling electrical systems in equipment.
- Keen attention to detail and strong ability to quickly learn on the job
- Familiarity with CAD software for designing electrical schematics and PCB layouts (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Understanding of instrumentation and control systems.
