Job Title: Executive Assistant

Role Description
- This is a full-time role for an Executive Assistant at AA Rescue Nigeria.
- The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
- This includes managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with travel arrangements.
- The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for coordinating and managing special projects and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. This is an on-site role located in Lagos.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Law
- Strong experience in executive administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence (minimum of 8 years)
- Proficient in administrative assistance tasks, such as maintaining files and records
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to prepare and manage expense reports
- Proven track record in providing executive support to senior management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
