About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our team in Abuja.
  • As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoicing, and office management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Information Management: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Organize and prioritize incoming requests and tasks.
  • Project Support: Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, including research and analysis.
  • Documentation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Age Requirement: 30 years old or above
