We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the MD, manage HR functions, and support in other administrative functions.
  • This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to details.

Responsibilities

  • Manage MD’s calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.
  • Assist in HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify and manage existing vendors of office consumables and services relationships and placing orders when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration, HR, Communication or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
